The service
Forest Panda is language-learning software that drills mass sentences with generated audio and spaced repetition. Paid access is sold as a one-time lifetime purchase for the selected entitlement, subject to the continued operation of the product.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Provide an accurate email address so we can send verification, password resets, and important notices.
Acceptable use
Forest Panda is for your personal language learning. Do not resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk-export the content, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
Generated content
Sentences and audio are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Treat Forest Panda as practice support, not an authoritative language reference.
Payments and refunds
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, in US dollars. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in French Polynesia. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.
